Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. You must provide an accurate birth date. Do not use the Service where doing so is prohibited by law.

2. The service is fictional AI entertainment

Every wyddd character is fictional, and character replies are generated by artificial intelligence. You are not communicating with a human, and the Service does not arrange real-world dates or contact with the people depicted in character media. A character may use your recent conversation and limited profile context to create a continuous roleplay experience.

AI can misunderstand you, invent details, repeat itself, or produce inaccurate, upsetting, biased, or inappropriate text despite safeguards. Treat replies as entertainment—not fact, professional advice, counseling, or a representation of a real person’s feelings or intentions.

3. Anonymous account and device access

The app silently creates an anonymous account linked to a local device session. You are responsible for access to that device. Account recovery, transfer to a new device, and restoration after deleting the app or local session are not guaranteed. Do not share or attempt to extract authentication tokens.

4. Your content

You may provide profile text, a profile photo, and chat messages. You remain responsible for what you provide and must have the rights needed to provide it. Do not submit another person’s private information or image without permission.

You grant Strapped Ventures LLC a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, format, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to legal and service-provider retention.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• sexualize or exploit a minor, engage in age play involving minors, or request content involving minors;
• promote coercive sexual violence, exploitation, threats, stalking, trafficking, or other illegal harm;
• harass others, impersonate a real person, violate privacy, or upload content you do not have permission to use;
• probe, bypass, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, its prompts, accounts, media, rate limits, or payment systems;
• automate access, resell outputs, or use the Service to train another model without written permission; or
• use generated content to deceive someone into believing a character or output is a real person or verified fact.

We may refuse a request, restrict features, suspend access, or delete an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, secure the Service, or comply with law.

6. Gems, paid photos, and Apple purchases

Gems are the Service’s only virtual currency. They are licensed digital units, not money or property, and have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or used outside wyddd. Normal text chat does not spend gems; the current paid use is unlocking curated fictional-character photos.

Gem packs are one-time consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple and coordinated through RevenueCat. There is no subscription. The App Store displays the price and completes payment. We do not receive your full payment-card number. Except where law requires otherwise, purchases are final once credited and consumed. Apple—not wyddd—handles billing and refund decisions. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

A purchase is credited only after the backend confirms the transaction. Duplicate transactions are not credited twice. Deleting your anonymous account permanently removes its gem balance, and unused gems may not be recoverable after account deletion, device loss, app deletion, or loss of the local session.

7. Character media and intellectual property

The Service, wyddd branding, interface, fictional characters, prompts, software, and character media are owned by or licensed to Strapped Ventures LLC and are protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for private entertainment.

Unlocking a character photo grants in-app viewing access; it does not transfer copyright or grant a right to redistribute, sell, scrape, or commercially use the media. AI outputs may not be unique, and we do not promise that you can claim exclusive rights in them.

8. Availability and changes

The Service depends on network, cloud, AI, App Store, and payment providers and may be delayed, unavailable, or changed. We may modify or discontinue features, characters, prices, or the Service. Gem-balance corrections may be made for fraud, chargebacks, duplicate credits, technical errors, or legal requirements.

9. Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Strapped Ventures LLC and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, emotional reliance on a fictional character, or conduct based on an AI response. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Ending use, updates, and contact

You may stop using wyddd at any time and may delete the anonymous account in the app. Sections that by their nature should survive—including ownership, purchase records, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue after termination.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
